Green Smoothie
5-7 Bananas (ripe spotted peeled)
1-2 Cup Baby Spinach (or wild spinach)
1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
3-4 Cups Water (Spring or filtered well)
Add all to blender and blend. Enjoy!

Blueberry Smoothie
5-7 Bananas (ripe spotted peeled)
1/4-1/2 Cup Wild Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
3-4 Cups Water (Spring or filtered well)
Add all to blender and blend. Enjoy!

Veggie Drink or Soup
3 Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
2 Celery stalks
2 Dates pitted (Optional)
Spices to taste (Optional)
Cut up ingredients and blend. Enjoy!

Easy Cucumber Pasta
1 Cucumber
1 Plum Tomato
1 oz Raisins (optional)
1 Scallion (optional)
Spices (to taste – optional)
Spiralize cucumber onto plate. Chop tomato and put on top of pasta. Chop scallion and sprinkle on top. Sprinkle on a few raisins. Enjoy! :)

Garden Citrus Salad
3-6 Cup Baby Greens (Romaine, Spinach, Arugula, etc.)
1 Citrus Fruit (Orange, Lemon, or Lime)
1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds (Optional)
Put Greens on dish. Sprinkle on Hemp Seeds. Squeeze citrus on top. Enjoy!

Treat
2 Dates
1 Walnut (shelled)
Cut Dates open on one side lengthwise and remove the pits.
Cut Walnut in half and insert into Dates. Enjoy!
