I believe affordable wellness includes diet (fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains, legumes), exercise, and positive affirmations to prevent and reverse chronic lifestyle-related conditions including diabetes, cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, etc.

I’ve enjoyed excellent wellness as a fruity high-carb low-fat raw-vegan for 7 years, raw-vegan for 18 years, and vegan for 25 years. As a divorced single mom to a 28 year old; I’ve not afforded “health insurance” for 25 years, but I do have automobile and homeowners insurance which include personal injury protection and liability and also most people, businesses, and public places have liability coverage.

I’m only blogging about this because healthcare is a big topic in the news these days. I believe acute healthcare insurance should be affordable to everyone, but it seems that lifestyle related conditions that should be addressed with natural lifestyle are upping the costs for acute care which is what insurance is supposed to cover.
