I have secondary allergy (aka hypersensitivity) to casein protein in cow milk, so it was easy for me to give up cow milk, dairy, and cheese; but I love to make raw-vegan: nut-milk, ice-cream, cheese sauce, butter, etc. and vegan: oat-milk, rice-milk, cheese pizza, lasagna, mac n cheese, etc.
