I made this easy yummy Zucchini Pasta in a few minutes. I peeled the zucchini and (ad) spiralized it. Then I chopped up a tomato and some raisins, put them on top, mixed a bit, and enjoyed. Yum! (low fat raw vegan)
Here’s the recipe:
1/4 Cup Raisins
pinch Spices (Optional)
Peel (optional) zucchini and (ad) spiralize.
Chop up tomato and add on top of zucchini.
Chop up raisins and sprinkle on top.
(optional) Sprinkle on spice to taste: oregano, basil, garlic, pepper, etc.
Mix a bit.
Serving Size: 1
